Zion Hills Academy is a Residential Treatment Center for Adolescent Girls and Their Families, Struggling with Trauma and Attachment Related Issues.

Ages 12 to 17.

Under the direction of Eric Allred, LMFT, Zion Hills Academy, a Residential Treatment Center in Southern Utah, specializes in treating teen girls experiencing Reactive Attachment Disorder.

Licensed by the State of Utah, Zion Hills utilizes state-of-the-art, research based and proven clinical methods:

  • EMDR
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Experiential Therapy
  • Equine Therapy 

These therapeutic modalities assist teen girls to overcome their difficulties and learn to bond with their families.

AdvancED accredited school ensures that your daughter's education will continue during treatment. Any credits earned during her stay at Zion Hills Academy will transfer to any U.S. high school or college.

When your daughter is struggling from trauma and attachment related issues (also known as Reactive Attachment Disorder) you have come to the right place. Zion Hills Academy can provide you and your daughter with a safe harbor while you work together to overcome the storm that often accompanies trauma and attachment disorders.

Zion Hills Academy operates in tandem with it's sister program, Havenwood Academy. Both programs provide therapy, supervision, and education with the same staff utilizing a staffing entity. This ensures that teens being treated in either program benefit from the same professionals. Zion Hills Academy is a non-profit 501(c)(3), which allows it to accept adoption assistance funding from any county.
