Havenwood Academy

Residential Treatment for Teen Girls with Attachment Disorder

Under the direction of Eric Allred, LMFT, Havenwood Academy, a Residential Treatment Center in Southern Utah, specializes in treating teen girls experiencing Reactive Attachment Disorder.

Ages 12 to 17.

Licensed by the State of Utah and accredited by the Joint Commission, Havenwood utilizes state-of-the-art, research based and proven clinical methods:

  • EMDR
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Experiential Therapy
  • Equine Therapy

These therapeutic modalities assist teen girls to overcome their difficulties and learn to bond with their families.

Havenwood Academy & Zion Hills Academy's Positive Peer Culture programs, directed by Oscar Fakahua, allows teen girls to experience deep and lasting change.

Havenwood Academy operates in tandem with it's sister program, Zion Hills Academy. Both programs provide therapy, supervision, and education with the same staff utilizing a staffing entity. This ensures that teens being treated in either program benefit from the same professionals. Zion Hills Academy is a non-profit 501(c)(3), which allows it to accept adoption assistance funding from any county.
